Responsible to the Head of Quality for the delivery of effective management, leadership and development of the Quality function by:
" Providing assurance of compliance with all governance requirements included in its Management Operational Framework and associated policies. Providing assurance of implementation through its Business Assurance Manual and associated processes, working practices and record keeping
" Providing inputs to the Integrated Business Plan process to ensure agreed assurance plans are in place
" Meeting/exceeding the company's annual business assurance plans as aligned to the Business Assurance Strategy
" Meeting/exceeding customer's expectations in terms of business & quality assurance of service/product delivery Facilitating the management of non-compliance of product/service delivery to a satisfactory conclusion
" Driving and leading improvements in business assurance resulting in improved supplier/customer satisfaction
" Supporting the Local Manufacturing project, and winning of new business as part of the company's strategy to grow its footprint both in KSA and abroad
" Facilitate the provision of appropriate processes to enable efficient operation and growth in accordance with Business Strategy
" Owning and maintaining Approved Supplier processes and the associated Approved Supplier database working closely with the operational procurement teams and the supplier base. Assessing suppliers, including on-site audit activities. Project managing the transfer in of new suppliers and to facilitate their attaining of approved Supplier status
" Chairing scheduled management reviews, managing actions to closure and maintaining accurate minutes
" Be an agent of change to develop the business, its people and its processes to meet the future company direction in regard to assurance
