I’ve managed the IT. ERP Applications department and infrastructure resources related in order to provide excellencies IT/ERP Services for internal and external customers, in addition to manage solution vendors. Some of my responsibilities included managing and supporting both the Oracle E-Business suite and in house developed application, and working closely with the infrastructure department in designing a fixable solution which accommodate current and future business requirements. Moreover, my role was extended to align the ERP strategy with the organizational strategic plan and goals. In addition to ensuring that the proper functionality of the ERP and other processing system and making the necessary upgrades, also I’ve worked closely with Agility business unities to utilize and improve the business process efficiency.
Some of my main responsibilities was:
••Led the implementation projects for the oracle e-business suite locally and globally in addition to other I.T Projects such as Mercury and Citrix.
•Developed the RFP documents and identified the gaps based on the (AS-IS) and (TO-BE) business process analysis.
•Supervised the technical contracts and terms of condition with the outsource consultant and suppliers.
•Developed SLA and OLA with the IT internal and external customers.
•Developed the disaster recovery and business continuity solution and accordingly the implementation plans.
•Designed the business impact analysis, risk assessment, cost benefits analysis, contingency planning and ROI's analysis for any new or ongoing IT applications project
•Led the support team and implement automated customer support service desk system and escalation process to provide 24/7 Functional and technical support for our business solutions including the entire Oracle E-Business suite:
•Managed the process automation of Agility new acquired companies.
• Led the ERP team to implement and certify on the IT. Security Management Certificate BS7799.

Implementing an automated billing system for water section in Egypt fully integrated with hand held devices and one centralized database, my job was administrating the system, training the users working on the water station distributed over all Egypt, securing the centralized database, writing new modules and add it to the system, designing new reports, immigrating old data from main frame into the SQL Server and NT environment and reporting to the project manager in USA.
