Job responsibilities and details:
1. Implement and developed new updates for inventory system to control stock by location in/out and improve smart accurate reports (item locations, brand item locations, section items, .....)
2. Develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
3. Monitoring the performance and progress of staff, motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork to ensure that productivity targets are met.
4. Adherence to Technical and Safety data sheet for every brand in warehousing.
5. Optimize space utilization in warehouses to ensure fast moving items are more accessible.

As Purchasing Manager:

Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
Inventory Analysis and Demand system control:

(1) Sales analysis for al showrooms and maintaining desirable safety stock.
(2) prepare reorder point and Economic order quantity.
