• Increase customer data base by attracting big accounts such as Four Seasons H hotel, W Hotels & Residents, Katara, HDC, Intercontinental Hotel -DOHA, Qatari Diyar (QD), ooredoo, Museum of Islamic arts and Sheraton Doha Hotel.
• Organize & Sponsored successful events such as Earth Hour unplugged at Aspire Park 2012, Fauchon Grand opening 2013, and Barwa Bank Elite Banking services launch at MIA.
• Monitor Company online store sales and increase its usage by 37% since Feb 2012.
• Run successful E-Marketing Campaign through social networks.
Prior to the opening of Rayyan Branch in April 2010, I was assigned to monitor the branch layout,
Implement QCB polices and regulations, Hire the staff, test all the systems and send reports to
head office.
Main responsibilities
• Developing a business plan for the branch in line with Retail Management objectives and full
coordination with Retail Head & continuous follow up of its implementation to ensure achieving the
goals.
• Achieving branch sales & service quality targets as per the annual budget set & agreed with Retail
Banking Management.
• Ensuring all operational control are implemented in the branch as per BOM (custodianship,
authorization….).
• Ensuring the branch’s staff are adhering to the bank’s polices and procedures.
• Communicate with Head office in Jordan and send monthly reports.
• Training new staff joining retail banking on subjects assigned by Retail head and HR manager.
• Conduct weekly visits to attract new payroll and increase the branch customers’ data base.
• Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture
through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing
business opportunities
Achievements
• Achieved an acceptable rating on audits reports for two years in a row.
• Increased salary transfer accounts volume by 400% in 2011 compared to 2010 by attracting big
companies' payrolls to the branch such as Swissboring, SEG middle east, Al Manhal Water
Factory, and Texas A&M (Qatar Foundation).
• Increased Branch loans portfolio by 120% in 2011 compared to 2010.
• Managed team of 20 staff assigned to complete the implementation of Credit Bureau project, also
monitored and audited the reports before the final submission to Qatar Central Bank.
