Prepare Tax (Sales tax & Tax on payroll &Adding and The Deduction Taxes, Income Tax).Preparation and recording asset, liabilities, revenue, and expenses And compare it with the budget to determine deviation and find Methods of Treatment. Prepare cash management & bank Reconciliation. Prepare annual budget for some sectors of the company. Perform account analysis and reconciliation for the general ledger of company. Assist in preparing the payroll.
Prepare journal entries including month end eliminating entries, bank entries, subsidiary trial balance entries and accrual entries, Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, Assist in preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement .Financial position for all clients & suppliers. Preparing special reports & completing special projects. Preparing the payroll.
revise shipping Documents to ensure there compliance with customs rules and regulations. Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs
Prepare goods for shipping, using the best and most economical packaging, transportation, and warehousing, to deliver goods.
Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis. Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time. Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices & to reach better payment terms. Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions. Shipment follow-up in order to reduce lead time & avoid delivery issues. Search for new suppliers. Receive Requisitions from different Departments. Follow up Delivery Problems as soon as it happens.
