•Responsible for improve delivery service by monitoring the daily preparation and accuracy of goods so as to Meet demands of the customers.
•Daily follow up the customer satisfaction through follow up the daily OTIF
•Analysis the historical data & the forecast to create the planning data & the safety stock For Different Warehouses .
Responsible for Logistic ( KPI ) reports & report measuring customer satisfaction since 2009 until now (OTIF Report ) .
Responsible for the Daily reports of total volumes on the system & Daily reports of Operation Department .
Put Fleet Management Plan, And how to run queries from system
•Manage the storage space by studying and making optimum use of the warehouse area so as to achieve a well-utilized and well-managed warehouse operation.
•Follow up export orders, make sure that all export orders are handled accurately and properly.
•Responsible for the training and development of staff by training, coaching and motivating them so that they are motivated and able to work towards achieving the department’s objective.
