• Accountable for completing all in store records and procedure in relation to cash handling, exception reports, personnel files & performance diary.
• Communicating YTD, MTD sales as compared to last year MTD, YTD & budget to all the employees.
• Supervises staff in accordance with the agreed policies and budgets of the company, and refers all staff issues to the Sales Manager. Recommends staff recruitment, training and development needs to the Sales Manager, and assists in these processes.
• Updates the Sales Manager on sales, competitor activities and other market issues, using KPI information and Sales Representatives reports.

• Invoices with authorized LPO/GRN and verify the Price list, after verification taking into particular account.
• Maintain a dealership-prescribed standard for "hours per customer repair order written"
• Handling complete sales and marketing activities and arranging of outlets.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Sales Report.
