Project Control work (Estimate Kickoff Meeting, Prepare Estimate Plan, Develop & Maintain Project Work, Control of documents, Prepare Detailed & Managing Project Schedule (Task Usages, Resource Engineer Allocations, Manpower Loading, Gant Chart, etc) Updating & Recorvering Schedule for Progress Report). Set-up Document Control System ( hard/soft copy ) from beginning up to finishing of project.
