The project includes one 66/11 KV and 60 x 11/0.433 & 9 x 11/3.3kv Transformers, HVAC Systems, Fire Suppression, Plumbing & Drainage, Conveying equipment like elevators, escalators, special equipment like Vehicle barriers, parking control equipment, cranes, scissor lifts, BMUs, Communication systems, Electronic Safety & Security systems, Lighting Control Systems, Façade Lighting, Obstruction Lighting, Lightning Protection & Earthing systems etc.
He leads commissioning program related document reviews, construction site inspections, and system testing; and properly document all work activities. Chief Responsibilities:
 Acting as the T & C Area Manager, I am managing the Infrastructure Development Project (Total Project Cost - USD 6bn) with 4 Nos. of 66/11 KV Gas Insulated Substations of 80 MVA each, 90 Nos. of 11 KV Feeders and 11/.415 KV Distribution Substations, 11/3.3/0.415 KV Pump Station Substations, 66 KV/11 KV/.415 KV Underground Cable Networks (both buried in ground and through utility tunnel), MEP Systems in multi-storied buildings etc, - including Testing, Commissioning and Handover to the Client, with complete documentation like the Operation & Maintenance manual, Training Manuals and final dossier.
 Installing, Testing & Commissioning of Standby Generators of 2750 KVA / 1000 KVA, Day Fuel Tank and Fuel Transfer System, Central Battery System of 5 x 31.5 KVA, 60 KVA UPS, LV Feeder Pillars, Fire Alarm Systems, Ground utilities like Traffic signals, street lightings etc.
 Installing, Testing & Commissioning of 236 Ventilation Fans (18 KW with soft starters) in the Dry and Wet Utility Tunnel, 3.3 KV Motor Pump Systems, Storm Water Pumps, Irrigation Water Pumps, Potable Water Pumps etc;
 Reviewing Installation Test Procedures, Method Statements, Site Acceptance Test Procedures, Red line Mark-up & As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Training Manuals, Training Plan, QHSE documents, Notification of Safety Precautions (NOSP) for Karahmaa, Final Dossiers etc
Significant Achievements:
 Successfully completed the testing and Pre commissioning activities of 66 KV & 11 KV Cable Feeder Network with FO Cable System, 4 nos of 66/11 kv substations and 40 nos 11/0.415 kv substations, Pump stations, MEP System in the Utility Tunnel within the client specified timeframe.

Building Includes: Main Central Library will house almost two million volumes of books in the open and closed stacks. Heritage Library, Area for group studies with seminar rooms, computer stations and study carrels Learning Commons area, children’s Library, auditorium and a special event area. Heritage Library, recognized as one of the most important research centers in the Middle East Ancillary building services, digitization section, offices and other functional areas including shell and storage spaces.

As the Testing & Commissioning Manager - Electrical, my responsibilities include managing the T & C activities of MEP Systems (3 x 11/0.415 kV Substations, MV Panels, Sub Main Distribution /Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Automatic Transfer Switches, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control Systems, Lightning Protection & Earthing Systems etc) in the newly constructed Qatar National Library Building.

 Organising, planning and managing the construction work (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil) for the various substations under KSEB. Ensuring that program milestones are achieved and that the schedule is followed by the subcontractors.  Initiated tasks to the project team members so that assignments were completed whenever needed and within budget, designed documentations and conducted meetings
 Checked proper accounting procedures, followed and designed engineering, design deliverables for transmission lines which included plan and profiles, structure loading analysis, structure and foundation design & conductor and shield wire.
 Presented technical expertise in transmitting line design, recognized, proposed and implemented innovative ideas to add value engineering to the projects
 Confirmed as an expert witness if required, interacted with legal, real estate and environmental groups in support of licensing/permitting process and was responsible for various scopes of work, analyzed budgets and cost estimates

Significant Achievements:
 Successfully carried out the construction of various EHV substations, Overhead Transmission line, and Underground cable network of various capacities & installation of a large number of Distribution Transformer etc.
 Accomplished reduction in ATC loss by 16% by employing demand side management.
 New project have been awarded for this ATC loss reduction.
 Various training program given to Line man, Field Engineer & Managers for this project.
 Reduction in T&D losses, Improvement in billing efficiency & collection efficiency.
 Various CSR activities coordinate with local MLA, MP, District Collectors, Additional District Magistrates to enhance distribution operations.
 Preventive Maintenance of HT line & Sub Station maintenance.
 Strategic Planning of project, implementation for the techno commercial activity & monitoring the deviation.
