Deploy the manpower in work sites as per the client’s requirement / site requirement to complete the work within target date.
Collect and record/update the Site work progress from Site Supervisors every day.
Attend meetings with clients for work scheduling, work progress reporting and to solve various problems at work sites.
Conduct in-house meetings to report & discuss work progress and achievements.
Prepare Invoices as per the completion of work or monthly progress
