Main Accomplishments
• Development and Modernization of the Goody’s & Flocafé store chains.
Design, Construction & Operation of 40 New Goody’s Restaurants & 80 New Flocafé Coffee Stores.
Relocation & Renovation of 85 Goody’s Restaurants & 45 Flocafé Coffee Stores.
• Control and Reduction of the Stores’ construction Cost up to 10%
• Development of design practices and construction specifications for food service units (Good Manufacturing Practices), to abide by HACCP regulations.
• Market research for the Flocafé coffee stores chain development in Cyprus and the Balkans.
• Development of the Concept Design for the exploitation and operation of food service brands in the M.S.S. (Motorists Service Stations) in the new Greek Highways.
• Development and Brand Identity design of the new Megusto brand (pizza and sandwich makers).

Main Responsibilities
• Real estate assessment and building features & quality check for candidate stores, in order to ensure survivability of the investment.
• Design coordination, approval and construction supervision of all of the company’s brands network stores.
• Participation in the design development and implementation of the existing and new company brands in Greek, international and specialized markets.
• Projects budget estimation and time schedule control.
• Definition of design practices and construction assignment practices. Control of relevant abidance.
• Engineering and technical legislature advisory services on all company issues and to all the franchising system stores (260 stores).
• Organizing and coordination of special construction works of the company (headquarters and other facilities, technical bids, exhibition participation stands e.tc.).
• Assessment of outsourcing services and suppliers.
