1. Responsible for all the sales & revenue generation.
2. Keeping products constantly competitive and up to date in terms of rates, allocation, alternatives,
monitoring market trends, and supporting, involving, guiding all stakeholders
3. Being direct support to the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing,
pricing and service offering)
4. Monitoring the monthly sales and profitability.
5. Always on a hunt to onboard new customers and make sure to fulfill all the logistical need of the
existing customers.
6. Maintain and improve customer relationship and satisfaction with regular engagements and
communication.

Direct and co ordinate all Operations of an assigned portfolio of corporateand institutional customers in order to identify, cultivate and develop profitablerelationships• Responsible for processes and use high level consultancy skills to interfacewith senior members of the business on day to day operational issues• Maximize the revenue, profitability, market share and growth of C&Fand FOB business in Shipping, calling on targeted accounts through visits tointroduce our services• Assist with development and implementation of Territorial strategy in terms ofmarket development, • Keeping broad understanding of local markets and broad knowledgecompetitors and markets• Responsible to achieve the quantitative and qualitative performanceobjectives set for the portfolio of clients assigned

*Having Expertise in handling all Logistical products i.e (Sea, Air, Transportation, Custom Clearance, Break Bulk & DG Cargo) *Taking care of all in and out bound sea freight shipments. *Setting target for my team on monthly basis. *Motivating my team to achieve monthly targets. • Recruitment, selection, Hiring and monitoring of investments in HR for thedepartment in line with the budget • Annual performance appraisals and evaluation of department staff• Look after all Shipping line matters, credit arrangements, equipmentrequirements etc • Support Sales Team with competitive pricing • Supervision of all pricing matters for some key accounts and nominations
