Solving the major technical obstacles in plant and supporting production team.
Leading more than 50 employees (engineers, operators, technicians, and laborers) from different specialties to meet the company goals.
Auditing the food safety system ISO 22000-2005 system.
Regular daily check of all equipment and facilities to ensure they are function correctly in accordance to standard operation procedures.
Working on operation control system ‘DCS’ type “SIEMENS PCS-7”.
Raising a daily report to top management.
Supervision of construction mechanical activity (piping; tanks installation).
Check and follow up construction progress according to P&I drawing.
Managing teams responsible for construction a waste water treatment plant.
Project Management using MS Project.
Raising a weekly report to Project Manager.
Sharing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and preparing punch list.
Water test; water pressure test preparation and inspection done for pipelines, tanks, and other facilities such as centrifuge pumps, clarifier units, sand filters, pressure filter, carbon columns, vacuum pans…
Individual equipment run test, Plant startup preparation.
Operation the waste water treatment plant.
Chemical and Biological lab for analysis the water elements.
Follow up maintenance work and giving the work permission
Monitoring the quality of input and out material.
Responsible for chemical and biological lab.
Solving the major technical obstacles in the belonged plants.
Participating in rehabilitation and development process of the plants
Responsible for industrial water purification station..
