• Responsible for marketing and private sales of electrical products and engineering services in power division such as Transformers, Switchgears, Ring Main Unit, Energy Meters and Grid Stations.
• Sales and marketing of electrical products and engineering services to the clients in the designated territory.
• Explore new prospect clients and projects to promote the complete range of electrical products.
• Meeting with clients periodically and gather information about the ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Technical presentation to clients highlighting comparative benefits to opt PEL electrical products/services.
• Close liaison with design department to meet the modified and customized requirement of clients.
• Respond the client’s inquiries and submit technical and commercial proposals as per their requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical specifications and drawings according to the requirements of clients.
• Estimate cost for the supply, installation and commissioning of electrical products and engineering services.
• Negotiate with clients to close the deal with technically and commercially clarified orders.
• Recovery of payments and schedule the delivery within the stipulated time frame.
• Prepare the pre-qualification documents to register the firm in the private and government organizations.
• Participate in public and private tenders in accordance with the public procurement regulatory authority.
• Supervise and depute the engineering team for after sales service support and warranty claims.
• Supervise the sales team to plan sales activities within territory and share activity report on weekly basis.
• Visit sites to find out the technical issues in electrical equipment and respond the client on priority basis.
• Organize and supervise the administrative works for all secured orders and contracts.
• Signing of contract agreement with clients as per mutually agreed terms and conditions.
• Submit the sales, collection, order intake and expected order report every month to senior management.
