Reporting directly to the Head of HR, my role is currently an HR Business Partner where I work closely with the business to execute and provide guidance on all HR requirements including but not limited to the below :
HR Transformation : Support the Head of HR in designing and implementing several initiatives in the fields of talent management, employee engagement, performance management and recruitment in alignment with the business strategy of a value added HR function.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding : Manage the manpower planning process and responsible for end to end of the recruitment process to ensure that talent with the best fit are chosen.
Compensation and Benefits : Assist the Head of HR in several strategic HR operational compensation and benefits processes including but not limited to Job Evaluation, Reward and Pay Recommendations.
Performance Management : Coach people managers to conduct effective performance appraisals with their direct reports in the form of providing feedback, managing underperformance etc.
Learning and Development : Conduct talent training needs analysis to identify priority training for employee growth & organisational development and conduct training workshops for managers on all HR related topics.
Employee Relations : Manage ER issues and advise people managers on disciplinary and grievances and corresponding legal implications to minimise risk and ensure employee equity.
HR Projects Management : Responsible for effectively managing and delivering key HR projects while monitoring their progress and provide support in identifying HR initiatives with the objective of process improvements.
Employer Branding and Social Media Recruitment : Develop internal and external communication branding and provide the tools and initiatives to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice.
Talent Development : Drive effective implementation of the career development framework and provide advice and counseling as required.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager and liaising with the HR team in the Middle East Headquarters to provide overall support to the HR function in Nestle, responsible for the below :
Recruitment & Selection:
Liaise with Line Managers to understand recruitment needs Sourcing resumes : (Linked In, Bayt, Gulftalent etc and liaise with recruitment agencies for key positions and career fairs..
Positing vacancies and manage candidate workflow on Taleo .
Conduct interviews, prepare salary proposals, manage the offer stage .
Prepare Employment Contracts and create personnel files with full documentation .
Onboarding and Transfers Management :
Manage the induction of new joiners :orientation tours and the HR induction training,
Liaise with line managers to ensure an effective onboarding plan is avaliable for each new joiner .
Manage the probationary progress reviews
For transfers : liaise with the transferee for logistics, contract management and transfer coordination
Compensation and Benefits
Assist the HR Manager in :
Preparing the HR yearly budget, salary review and prepare the bonuses calculation.
Manage the HR Shared Services in Cairo to manage the benefits adminstration
Leavers Management:
Final settlement calculation, conduct exit interviews, clearance checklists for all leavers and transfers.
Performance Management :
Liase with Line Managers and employees to ensure effective execution of the peformance evaluation cycle which includes objective setting, interim review, year end review and progress and development plans .
Training and development:
Responsible for the coordination of all trainings conducted in Nestle which includes :nominations with line manages, training adminstration, managing the learning managment system, feedback consolidation.
HR Projects :
Involved in HR Projects including revisiting the transportation allowance for all sales employees with the C&B team in HO and project lead for improving the onboarding program
