•Further build, implement, and mature the TA infrastructure to include comprehensive policies, procedures, and practices ensuring that local TA policies and practices are in line with Raytheon governance and local regulations
Job Purpose
To provide first class customer service and ensure excellent hiring experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike. The role is directly responsible for working with numerous hiring managers, functional leads on the SBDCP programme at various sites around Saudi Arabia for all Saudi Nationals (SN) positions in King Abdulaziz Airbase, Dhahran, BAE HQ Dhahran, Riyadh Airbase, HQRSAF and T5 in Riyadh .
Job Accountabilities
Developing deep professional relationships with key line stakeholders and ensuring regular and ongoing status performance reviews are held. This will include, but will not be limited to, carefully analysing the SN recruitment KPI data and managing the performance and capability development of a team of Senior HR Professionals.
Intelligently translate the forward manpower demand into meaningful and effective resourcing plans over a 12 - 24 month planning horizon, and advise on multiple channels sourcing strategies to ensure success.
Be the primary recruitment specialist at Sales and Ops planning meetings across all areas to advise and further inform potential recruitment solutions for forward demand planning purposes.
Managing effective sifting & interviews events as well as candidate management through my team.
Influencing and engaging stakeholders in my area to ensure that SN and In Kingdom EE candidates have the best possible recruitment experience and in the management of the employee onboarding process including the SN security/medical clearance application process and the base to base transfer process.
Supporting the development and improvement of HR policy and processes for their defined area of responsibility.
Supports the Head of HR Function / DP in providing strategic input to the Specialist Support Team on implementation of HR and Company initiatives in KSA, e.g. HR Strategy implementation, Performance Development Reviews, launching of new HR policies or other HR initiatives.
