•A member of the team that contributed to achieve the highest points in the history of the plant since its inception in the program of surveillance of private international company plants (American Institute of Baking- AIB-880/1000).
Co- responsible for the first application of the preventive maintenance of production lines and buildings of the factory.
• Co- responsible for estimate any sudden failures and take direct action to resolve or assess the status of the fault and request the competent working groups of manufacturers of machinery and belts.
• Co- responsible for the design and coordination between the various disciplines, performing civil design, planning and organization and management of construction work.
• Coordination of all maintenance operations with all other sections of the department such as production, quality control, etc..
• Determine the expected time for the completion of the solution to the problems of sudden production lines.
• Request, storage and preparation of necessary spare parts to ensure the continuity of production.
• examine the costs of projects and raise the results to sponsors and periodically conduct site visits to verify the workflow.
• Research and find ways to save and study results them the application of the principles that go back to the benefit for sponsor, while keep focusing on maintaining the quality of work.

• rearrangement central workshop as both important and depending on the specifications of safety and security.
• rearrange schedules maintenance depending on the peak periods of work.
• ready for any surprises through the processing by an emergency truck equipped with all the requirements necessary to solve problems outside the scope of the workshop or on public roads.
