• Directing all marketing activities for categories generating sales of over 1 Billion LE (from Mar ’09 to Oct ’10: Milk and Juice categories, from Oct ’10 till present: Milk and Creams categories), reporting directly to the GM then CEO, with a team of 7 people reporting into me.
• Setting the strategic vision, planning, and direction and optimizing the brand portfolios for my categories and leading the implementation of this vision in a manner that maximizes revenues and profits.
• Leading the launch and re-launch marketing plans of the different brands with full oversight from idea incubation stages to execution to final delivery of results.
• Leading the demand planning and forecasting cycles with the collaboration of the sales and supply chain teams.

• Overall responsibility for setting the brand image and brand identity of Pharos amongst its target customers.
• Developing marketing strategies for new product launches to the target customers (new funds, retail branch launches, online trading, etc…).
• General public relations activities with the objective of raising the profile and image of the firm.
• Launching the corporate and online trading websites.
Regional responsibility for the Group’s communication and advertising stewardship (brands include: KFC, Hardee’s, Americana Meat, Lion, Americana Cake, California Garden, Koki, and others). I worked with the brand marketing teams to formulate a suitable positioning for each brand, and was completely involved in developing each advertising campaign from A to Z. I was further responsible for the group's media, production, and corporate communications.
• Devised and launched the “Moulid ya Cinema” program - a cinema “roadshow” event that moves across rural towns with the aim of penetrating new markets that do not have access to cinemas. Event was successful and mostly sold-out across 10 rural towns.
• Formulated marketing plans for new film releases. This included outdoor and press advertising campaigns, trailers, and PR campaigns. Examples of films launched: “Moaten, Mokhber, we Haramy” and “Sahar El Layaley”.
• Initiated the DVD release program of the films owned by the company.
• Initiated the music compilation release program for the music back catalog of the company.
• Led the development of the brand identity guidelines for the corporation
Responsible for leading Final Cut's productions (TV ads and documentaries) and managing the company's work force (around 20 people). Main achievements were:
• Led Final Cut to record years in business (an average 25% growth in turn over).
• Generated business from international clients (GCC business through PR visits, and international business through web marketing).
• Led the marketing and publicity campaign for "Africano" (a blockbuster starring Ahmed EL Sakka).
• Leading and managing crew and office employees
Brand Manager:
Complete responsibility for my brands' brand management, which includes positioning, analysis, market research, marketing budgets, and promotional plans.
Advertising Production Manager:
Responsible for the Advertising Production process within P&G (storyboard phase until the on-line) in terms of both quality and cost elements.
