Taking the responsibility of managing a start-up as an entrepreneur for 4 years to become one of the recognized IT services providers in the market; developing solutions using vast array of technologies.
Responsible for the leadership, management and direction of KAFAAT Information Technology within the context of the strategic plan.
Accountable for the overall performance of the organization in delivering the strategic plan and for the day to day running and management of the organization’s business under delegated authority from the Board.
Building on and maintaining already constructive professional relationships with different stakeholders
Informing the Board on significant policy developments and advising on response
Developing and presenting annual business plans based on organizational strategic plan to the Board for approval
Reporting to the Board on progress against the strategic and business plans to ensure the efficient and effective management of resources

Taking the leading role in representing KAFAAT and contributing to a variety of networks and professional bodies in the pursuit of agreed objectives
Managing a full portfolio of projects containing high technology ICT, strategy, consultancy, and infrastructure projects.
Initiating and setting goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
Planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
Developing or approving budgets and operations
Working closely with customers, business units, suppliers and different stakeholders to make sure project objectives are met
Balancing the competing demands and expectations of different stakeholders; working towards clear priorities definition
Managing conflicting demands of different projects in a portfolio (resources, budget, scope, time … etc)
Managing service delivery, managed services, and SLA contracts; effectively review performance to ensure that there is no breach.
Managing the full life cycle of projects starting from the chartering till closure.
Managing internal multi-discipline teams (designers, analysis, development, QC, QA, NW, DBA, systems, … etc)
Managing different 3rd parties, sub-contractors, and suppliers
Full ownership of technical and financial proposals, contract negotiations, SLAs .. etc.
Coaching, mentoring and training other project managers and process improvement leads
Discuss effectively with top management the overall strategy of the company
