Maintain the HRIS regarding (vacations, sanctions, payments methods, social insurance records….etc)
Manage contract renewals and probation period assessments in collaboration with Department Managers.
Maintain and update the employees’ files in a comprehensive way.
Handle all employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts, enrolment in social Insurance, briefing current and new staff about the personnel issues.
Direct contact with the governmental authorities regarding all related issues and the monthly required payments (SI authority, Labor offices, …….etc)
Direct contact with the banks regarding all related issues (Help New Hires in creating bank accounts, ……..etc)
Assist in preparing and reviewing the monthly closing transactions (Per Diem's, overtimes, incentives...etc) for both temp and permanent employees.
• Responsible for the time keeping process & determining absenteeism &
Lateness cases and the entire sanctions list for Mobiserve corporate and subsidiaries.
Manage the process of employees termination (resignations, end of contract, , ……etc)
Issue the employees experience certificate and HR & loan Letters.
Responsible for updating & approving the employees vacations, bank accounts and salaries’ payment methods using Oracle.
Prepare the memo's regarding releasing the salaries, deserved payments for current and resigned staff.
Work with labor office and social insurance.
Reflected in the payroll to make sure accuracy (new hires, resignation, change salary, Coordinate with the medical insurance as (Claims, Recharge, Add, Cancel) “Local and international medical care”.
Administrate the forms (1, 6, and 2) with the social insurance.
HR database on ERP system full access (personal, payroll, attendance).
Coordinate exist interview and prepare the turn over analysis to avoid any mistake.
Calculate over time and bonus, deduction & increase according to our policy.
Executing market visits in order to hire suitable candidates compatible with our industry.
Interviewing candidates (test, Structure, panel) and prepare evaluation form.
Receiving and maintaining the hiring documents for new hires to be easily retrieved using (Checklist / staff appointment).
Handling the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission.
Communicating with the labor and social insurance office to resolve any problems and ensuring the hiring process is consistent with labor laws and regulations. Preparing the related official documents for termination or resigned employees. Preparing the needed data for payroll preparation such as attendance, absence Other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis. Create & Update Hand-Book / Forms / Salary Surveys According to our Field. Communicating with the Bank and finance Dept to solve any further problems.
