Work Description - My Responsibilities:
- IT Management, including ERP projects’ activities for Head office and sites, which include planning, execution, monitor and control of all technical and administrative functions, resources and performance until closure.
- ERP Management (Implementations, backup, customizations and workflow).
- Infrastructure documentation, new installations, programs; Technical Support...etc.
- Company’s Web Site and E-mail services administrations.
- Network admin. for all company’s sites (Servers, cabinets, workstations and cabling)
- Internet Services, ADSL, leased line, tie-lines between HO and sites.
- Full Support for Telephony Exchange Services and Camera Security System.
- Supply chain approvals for all needed IT items (IT accessories, applications, S/W licenses, servers, PCs and printers).

My Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data automation projects of GUC university's industrial park.
• Automated Governmental affairs section and Managed backup and updates.
• Hold meeting with general manager to discuss project 's initiation and charter.
• Hold meetings with projects' stakeholders to co-ordinate and gather requirements and data needed to analyze and prepare projects scope.
• Prepare projects' plans (define scope and WBS, milestones, estimate time and cost, define needed resources and stakeholders, estimate risk, prepare tasks' schedule, set baseline).
