Monitor and implementation of Hygiene Standards throughout the Supply Chain including Incoming inspection & receiving, Storage of trade products and Deliveries to the end user. Ensure the implementation of food safety standards in our branches (Masria hyper-markets branches) and warehouses. Training of staff on food safety, food hygiene, personnel hygiene, product handling and customer complaints. Monitor personal hygiene for branches employees. Guide pest control contractor to fulfill our standards. Support sanitation schedules for the branches. Coordinate with the maintenance department about related problems of hygiene. Monitor the critical control points and takes the necessary corrective actions in case of deviation from the critical limits. Guide organization and documentation for food safety of each branch.
• Responsible for Implementing HACCP- ISO 9001 requirements in the company.
• Responsible for implementing Quality, Hygiene, food safety and environmental procedures in all oil field sites.
• Inspecting and auditing all company sites concerning catering service to ensure exceeding our client expectations and implementation of HACCP principles.
• Responsible for company vehicles fleet safety procedures ( journey plan - safety procedures -defensive driving certificate existence- checklist for ensuring shipment safety ).
• Training our company employees and staff in food safety, regular safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring implementation of the HACCP system at all company sites.
• Setting an action plan for the site right after each visit (inspection) and following up corrective actions.
• Maintaining paper work and documentation system for the (check lists, receiving reports and audit reports) of my department.
