Responsible to ensure that the company’s accounting policy and procedures are effectively implemented together with the approved delegation of authority matrix
Provides the owners with financial information “Monthly Management Accounts” required for business decisions as well as monthly performance review of the operations
Reviews balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis in order to ensure those accounts are properly reconciled and in agreement with the trial balance
Conducts a comparative review movement exercise of accounts (balance sheet & the income statement) on a quarterly basis, investigates unreasonable / unfavorable variances and recommends changes to improve financial performance, in particular cost reduction opportunities
Reviews payment request including monthly payroll calculation
Communicates with banks and directly manages the bank requirements to support the business needs of the company
Monitors fund availability to support operation needs
Monitors the collection period vs. the payment period
Finalizes the statutory financial statements with the external auditors
Preparing all journals vouchers
Positing journal entries to accounts
Reconciling sub-ledger accounts to the main account - trial balance
Handling drawback transactions
Preparing & pricing L\C closing sheets
Preparing the reports that explain the reasons of the discrepancies concerning usage of materials against produced & delivered goods
