• Develop, articulate and advocate internal solutions concerning all regulatory operational issues such as on Quality of Service, Numbering & Spectrum Management

• Participate in Dispute resolution Comities between service providers.
• Updating and approving interconnection agreements.

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) is the information and communications technology sector (ICT) regulator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accomplishments:
• Worked on many projects with CITC consultants to regulate and introduce new technologies .

Key Responsibilities:
• Heading the Eastern Province branch, receiving and reviewing license applications submitted by individuals, institutions, companies and governmental bodies for ICT services.
• Administering licensing activities relating to the import and operation of telecommunications equipment. Proffering strategic consultation on the type of authorized equipment and devices to enter into ICT services market.
• Evaluating the application received for import and clearance of ICT equipment through the customs inlets in the area of the branch.
• Conducting technical inspection of ICT equipment incoming through the customs inlets ensuring conformance to specifications approved by the CITC.
• Ensuring Regulatory Compliance with national regulatory framework during
- issuance & cancellation of international/regional paging signaling for maritime units through the branches.
- issuance of maritime mobile service identity (MMSI) numbers through the branches.
- issuance and renewal of maritime wireless equipment licenses and collection of their due fees through the SADAD payment system in the CITC.
• Applying functional expertise for conducting technical inspection of wireless maritime wireless equipment installed on marine unit ships that enter the territorial waters for their registration under the Saudi flag.
• Receiving applications for the issuance, renewal, cancellation and amendment of license of the different frequencies wireless equipment as well as amateur radio licenses.
• Assessing individual applications received by the branch for satellite search and rescue operations.
• Updating details of the licensed service providers in the SADAD payment system database.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planned and executed wireline conveyed logging operations. Collated petrophysical data, accountable for pre-planning, job execution, post-job analysis, and ensuring the overall performance of company assets, while adhering to company safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Performed perforation operations, drove process improvement and cost reductions through development and implementation of lean practices.
• Acquired proficiency in different logging services including production logging, neutron-gamma-ray logging, corrosion and cement evaluation.
