• Manage all administrational works for Hospital Director
• Manage all administrational works of Medical Director
• Assisting The Medical Director in applying HAAD Policies and Requirements “Admin.”
• Arrange meetings for doctors and committees and takes the minutes of meetings.
• Filling system.
• Typing and releasing medical reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Working on TransAD Online System, translating TransAD Reports to Al Ghazal Director.
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. “Office correspondence”.
• Follow up a Governmental Co. using online system; translate monthly reports or letters from Arabic to English.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, typing, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Arrange for meetings and takes the minutes of meetings.
• Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
• Support IT for any “ PC programs for the staff remotely and by phone.
• Support staff in assigned project based work. Other duties as assigned.
