- Changing Safety Stock policy which decreased its value by 46% and increased the availability of unstable SKUs.
• Achieved a level of coverage that contributed to reach the company highest sales ever in 2015
Replenishing SKUs in the branches’ warehouses considering each branch’s target and scheduled requests to ensure the availability & continuity of sales by Scheduling & Prioritizing daily inbound & outbound operations and Optimizing daily trucks POs quantities to achieve optimal coverage in all Branches.
• Achieved a level of branches stocks availability contributed to reach the company’s second highest sales in 2014, and followed with the highest ever in 2015.
• Effectively participated in SAP implementation project as a Key User since the Blueprint on Sept. 2013, go-live in Feb. 2014, until 2018 with related continuous improvement.
• Designed a model that assigns Jeddah zones to each salesman effectively, considering driving distance, customers’ counts & weights.
• Designed a model that ensures the availability SKUs in all branches, considering holding cost, lead time demand, main stock available and WH capacities.
