• Establish Designing, planning, roll out and operation of transmission projects for Fiber, ISP/OSP, FTTH, MDU, GPON, and IPMPLS & DWDM integration design, routs, 1st & 2nd level of splitters location, closures and cable termination.
• Contribute in HLD & LLD optical fiber network for ministry of oil in Iraq.
• Establish FTTH operation with Calix equipment OLT (E7-20 & E7-2), including Configuration, commissioning, integration with Cisco ASR9000 and operation.
• Cisco ASR9000 configuration and Integration with Radius server, prepare and test IPOE & DHCP Option 82 connection cases.
• IP planning & design and VLAN design of the FTTH Network L2 &L3.
• ONT (CPE) operation test and evaluation, ONT (CPE) Wi-Fi connection and operation test.
• Network monitoring, support management by Establish, and operate TR-069, PRTG and CMS (calix Management System).
• SNMP integration to 3rd party network management systems.
• Establish and retain a world class BSS/OSS Architecture, Development, Deployment, Support and Optimization team.
• Very good Experience in OSS applications (Order Management, Activation, Inventory, Mediation, Monitoring, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of OSS processes (fulfillment, service assurance, mediation & billing)
• Establish and maintain an industry standard BSS/OSS Solution reference Architecture
• Establish and maintain a mix of strategic vendors to implement the Solution Reference Architecture Implement standard Requirements, Development and Deployment methodologies.
• Leverage the Middleware Integration Laboratory to create a sand-box solution suite which can be fully integrated into the Network Engineering Laboratory for end-to-end service integration testing Govern the mission critical capabilities of the solution to be thoroughly integrated and tested to reflect the real-time demands of the infrastructures and services.
• Maintain a responsive development organization to provide consultancy advice to the clients for their own product, process and operations development programs.
• Maintain responsive maintenance, support and optimization organizations for systems being deployed and systems in-operation.
• Contribute to cross-program governance to ensure companywide alignment across Architecture, Data Models, Business Processes, Development processes, Integration and Testing processes, Deployment and Commissioning processes.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors.
• Open northbound interfaces for handling orders from various order management and billing systems, and CRMs.
• Monitoring dashboard with a full visibility to business processes and KPIs.
• Support for commercial high availability clusters and virtual environments.

• FTTH/GPON Access network design, IP Address planning and design based on the IP Address range provided by the customer IT department.
• Installation and operation of OLT (ISAM 7360) and (7750 Service Router).
• Integration of the FTTH network with the existing customer application and systems (HUAWEI, ALCATEL-LUCENT, ERICSSON, ZTE, Cisco devices) so as to enable end-to-end; application to application Communications.
• Integration, optimization and testing of the voice service with the existing NGN network and/or Ericsson media gateway controller (MGC) and PDN (public data network).
• Commissioning FTTH active equipment (ISAM 7360) and integrate with the 7750 Service Router (BRAS & AAA), Service test and problem resolving for HSI service and voice service.
• Connection design & implementation with DWDM Network to connect different OLTs in different sites with the 7750 Service Router (BRAS & AAA).
• Deep knowledge about voice protocols (megaco H.248, SIP) and RTP operation, integration and problem resolving.
• Deep knowledge of DWDM network plans and integration.
• ODN network link loss, distortion & dispersion test for (splicing points, splitters and bending).
• Strong knowledge and experience about fiber losses & dispersion of fibers and Single mode fibers G.652, G.657a, and G.655.
• Telecom site equipment BOQ preparation and deliver to sites.
• ODF installation Supervision on the subcontractor’s telecom data centers and exchange rooms preparation according to the international standards.
• Responsible for the designing phase (OSP&ISP), and applying the customer requirement and helping the customer choosing the suitable solution in the FTTx.
• Site survey (Route suitability -manhole hand-hole suitability location).
• Provide training for the subcontractors design team for OSP &ISP.
• Achieving these points with respect to the Strong ability for the Design and high quality and fast delivery time for FTTH ITPC Project phase 2&3.
• Design and survey quality check and approval.
• Discuss with customer the design drawings and get approvals from the related departments.
• Verifying the highest level of delivery steps for this project, Achieving delivery date for the Project According to the time schedule.
• Supporting the implementation team through the implementation period in order to achieve the required target date for the first call of each area according to the schedule with the ITPC.
• Training Implementation subcontractors and testing their ability for splicing fiber and using the right equipment to finish the job with high quality in less time and being familiar with the ODN HUAWEI equipment’s.
• Go on site Survey to ensure the suitability of the laying manholes and hand holes and route clear from any obstacles.
• Responsible for the meeting with the product team in order to finalize the suitable product which fits the current design.
• Evaluate the proposals coming from the procurement deep regard the subcontractors
• Follow up the bidding process and clarification with customer.
• Support the project management team.
• Contacting HQ for price discounts.
• Managing the subcontractors design team and implementation team regarding the FTTX different projects phases.
• Selecting the qualified subcontractor to do the required job and monitoring them.
• Deep knowledge of ODF, ODN, GPON, FDT, FAT, splitters products for passive optical network, FTTC-FTTB-FTTH.
• Responsible for the main microwave links between the main towers & backup links to provide continues service.
• Frequency analyzing and study for all backbones and ISP antennas.
• New transmission equipment discovering and testing.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting ISPs transmission problems to provide stable service and the required bandwidth.
• Manage a technical team who responsible for the aliment & commissioning the main microwave links & wireless antennas of the small ISP by using GPS system & Google earth.
• Finish 6 new internet backbones in Baghdad & use the Giga link microwave (Giga Wave Bridge) that use optical fiber instead of Ethernet or coaxial cables to transfer the traffic starting from site survey and SAR throw TSSR till operation test and on air operation.
• Manage team of 5 technical support engineers:
supervise their work to give the best technical support to customer & evaluate their work.
• Managing the billing system for all internet users’ accounts & checking database errors with the system.
• Remote technical support for all customers to ensure 24/7/365 days.
• Provide technical support for all companies on their own locations when remote access is not available to solve their local servers, routers, access points & advise them to the best network design.
• Communicate with any department directly to speed up problems resolving related with them.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of internet service for all ISPs problems (DNS, DHCP, PPOE connection errors, firewalls, security filters ... etc. and provide 24/7/365 continuance service.
• Troubleshooting of Mikrotik and Cisco servers, mikrotik, tplink, netgear, Cisco routers and switches.
• Closely working with NOC Teams for ensuring the highest quality level of problem resolving and performance.
• Troubleshooting the V-sat systems problems by changing the modulation, frequency bandwidth & tracking system coordinates.
• Working on PRTG (Network monitoring system).
2010: Certification from the ministry of youth & sport of Iraq for the 1st prize winner “Sovereign Conference IV” of graduation projects and scientific inventions for my graduation project.
