Managing services IT services for BAE Systems all over the kingdom, incidents, Development and dissemination of best practice across all ISE infrastructure teams
•Resource balancing and seconding staff to specific ISE accounts to meet local SLAs and CSAT requirements with the minimum number of staff possible.
