Project: Rehabilitation and Expansion of Cairo International Airport Terminal Building 2 (TB2) Project.

Contractor: Limak Egypt Branch

1. Review and approve / comment on the Construction schedules as submitted by the subcontractor(s) and ensure the Construction Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
2. Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules as submitted by the subcontractors and ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance and are coordinated with current construction schedules.
3. Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to Projects Controls Manager
4. Review in detail the recovery schedules and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased properly
5. Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, whether major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to Projects Controls Manager.
6. Advise the Projects Controls Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.
7. Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda.
8. Assist Projects Controls Manager during preparation of Monthly Progress reports and Monthly Executive Presentations.
9. Produce daily, weekly or biweekly detailed planning Reports as required.
10. Analysis of Rate for BOQ items.
11. Compiling progress reports to the Employer and/or Upper Level.
12. Monitor progress of works and resources and ensuring project programmed completion and carry out updating of planning. 13. Inspecting and then valuing completed work

Project: Intake, booster and pipelines of 10th Ramadan water treatment plant.

1. Planning, (Master / Detail Schedules, Update it & Follow Up).
2. Produce daily, weekly or biweekly detailed planning as required.
3. Analysis of Rate for BOQ items.
4. Extracting BOQ from design drawings.
5. Preparation of Monthly Payment Applications.
6. Compiling progress reports to the Employer and/or Upper Level.
