Manage all supply chain functions in the company from suppliers up to customers, manage Zarqa Free Zone clearance team, create new clearance process and assign suitable KPIs, create new procurement process (local and international) and assign suitable KPIs, evaluate performance of supply chain team and create action plan to enhance skills of each team member.
Management:
• Participate in all top management meeting and business review meetings.

Supply Chain:
• Manage SCM staff and their performance using PMP and ensuring business continuity.
• Ensure and maintain adequate stocks levels.
• Establish supply schedules and communicate requirements with internal and external customers
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate supply terms.
• Keep a good relationship with strategic suppliers.
• Check and approve list of approved suppliers and list of company’s forwarders.
• Check and control cost of purchases.
• Analyze the Central Warehouse stock situation and efficient usage of space.
• Manage stock obsolescence and make actions plan.
• Generate the new product forecast in cooperation with Marketing and Sales.
• Annual budgeting for SCM and controlling costs.
• Manage logistics contracts with 3PL.
• Participate in (S&OP) to optimize the supply chain management.
• Manage and steer SCM KPIs and make actions plan to achieve targets.
• Distribution and logistics management (warehouse, transportation, Demand Management and forecasting)
After Market Service:
• Manage AMS staff performance through performance management process (PMP).
• Define Monitor AMS Key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Customer complaint handling.
• Follow up all technical and warranty claims.
• Managing Spare parts orders.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiate supply terms
• Ensure that the import of materials is handled in accordance with the provisions of law and company's standards
• Support Management on opportunities and solutions to develop an effective materials supply
• Define strategies and processes for optimal supply chain operations
• Monitor the performance of the approved suppliers
• Keep a good relationship with strategic suppliers
• Analyze the Central Warehouse stock situation
• GPMS (ISO 9001) processes related to logistics and stock replenishments
• TABC\XYZ classification

I have worked in the Industrial Engineering Department as Industrial Engineer, Where the main tasks performed in this company concentrated on process improvement and quality reports. The quality control reports measure how the production line is capable to perform the production specifications. Also the percent of rejected products were evaluated, so the level of quality in the production line was identified..
