• Telecom Installation Services and Commissioning for du (ISP, OSP, Active, Shortfall, & Rollout/Tawuun)
• Project Management needs (Project Scheduling, Collaborative Planning, Task Management and Reports).
• Excellent understanding of the ICT / System Integrator products & solutions offerings; from cabling & networks to data centers, all the way to applications.
• Data center skills and experience in installing/moving equipment and cabling on a large-scale basis.
• Solid knowledge of Data Center Critical Infrastructure Systems, including Cooling (CRAC & Dry Coolers), Power Distribution (UPS & PDU).
●Shop drawings review, Material submittal audit, Rack elevation design, site inspections for
ICT rooms.
● Site management (plan, monitor and control).
● Ensure network project implementation meet customer requirements and organization goals and
objectives.
● Planning as well as making all critical decisions related to the technicalities and management of
projects and line of action taken (approves projects and gets to follow up their implementation
with the team leaders).
● Negotiating prices from vendors and suppliers.● Monitor performance of projects to avoid potential problems, and bottlenecks.
- Excellent understanding of the ICT / System Integrator products & solutions offerings; from
cabling & networks to data centers, all the way to applications and cloud services.
- Empowered sales team to exceed goals through ongoing coaching and performance
management.
- Troubleshooting of various types of Network Cabling (Termination, Testing for both F.O cable &
UTP cabling system)
- Training new Technician staff and identifying their potentials.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational
excellence
• Quoting the Cabling Projects and Providing the right solution and design.
• Prepare cabling bill of materials, scope of work, design and Project delivery.
