Current Job:
Working At International Engineering and contracting Co. (AL Hadry Misr ) as Construction Manger and coordinator manger since 1st June 2008 up till now for various projects (building construction, infrastructure" road , sewer lines construction" and low, medium, high voltage T.L 220, 500KV projects ) Job Description:
Tendering stage
- Deal, install, follow operating and maintenance programs for new equipment to reach the design purpose such as concert patch plants, asphalt patch plants, high voltage stringing equipments, paving stones production lines, and construction equipments
- Prepare time plans in order to avoid activates' lateness.
- Organize the starting time between electromechanical/ mechanical activities and civil work.
- Assign new civil activities which prevent demolition after construction.
- Study/Review the specification requirements for the tender civil works.
- Set up a breakdown structure /cost analysis for civil items that helps to find new technical solutions that lead to cost reduction.
- Prepare and check the material and all site related resources.
- Help the financial department in preparing cost schedule by setting up a resource schedule.
Construction stage
-Working as construction manager for various projects by direct supervising for construction teams and items during projects time
- Coordinate with the project manager to prepare new construction time schedule with early starts and finish in such a way avoid the handover delay.
- Analyze weekly reports from sits indicating actual progress against scheduled plans .
-Propose contiguous solutions to the project manager during critical path zones.
- Follow up project work performance and cost performance to take appropriate decision in case of crushing cost or crushing time .
Prior Experience :
-Working At Abd El Rahman El turkey Group ( ATCO ) in Dammam KSA As Assent construction manager since 1st June 2007 To 1st June 2008 and supervising for the following projects :-
• PMU ( prince Mohamed Bin Fahd University )
• Refinery of Petro Rabigh with ARAMCo
- Working At International Engineering and contracting Co. (AL Hadry Misr ) as Construction Engineer since 1st July 2005 To 1st June 2007 and supervising for the following projects :-
• Nasr IV Exchange .
• Distributors Power Station in New Cairo
• Phone Boutique ( Telecom Egypt customer service).
• Distributors Power Station in Shaik Zayed.
-Working At AL Fouad Group Co. in Makkah KSA since June 2004 To June 2005 as Construction Engineer for Holyday Inn Hotel .
-Working at TABARAK Group Co. in EGYPT as Construction Engineer in Tabark city from Feb. 2004 TO June 2004.
-Working at RBC engineering and consultant office in EGYPT from July 2003 to June 2004 and Taking part in the design of the following projects:
1.Design Toyota Service and maintenance Building in Abu Rawash (Giza) Egypt.
2Design dewatering system to drying Nefeshah Leaks in Esmaliah Egypt.
3.Sewage project in Abu Dhabi UAE ( GIS ) .
4.Design Dewatering system for Sewage line in Por Fouad Port in Egypt.
