Responsibilities:
• Oversee most day to day financial management in business
• Manage general accounting functions including AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets, reporting & treasury day to day operations.
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are performed on timely basis and reconciling items investigate & clear.
• Manage monthly salary & salary related reconciliations with Human resource Team.
• Ensure cash application processes are robust and performed on timely basis & all suspense accounts analyzed & cleared on timely basis.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly & year-end closing through SAP ERP on timely basis in accordance with IFRS & Statutory local standards.
• Produce adhoc reports as requested by senior management on timely basis.
• Oversee preparation & quality control of monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports.
• Primary interface with external & internal auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Regularly review, monitor the company’s control environment & identify & develop new or improved policy & procedure within the Finance function & throughout the company.
• Additional finance related application software implementation.
• Supervise creation of reports, software implementation & ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliances & processes.
• Overseeing the annual budget process including but not limited to P&L, cash flow, Expense exhibits, capital expenditure.
• Research & recommend resolutions for technical accounting issues that arise.

Prepare daily accounting record;
