•To follow up all new projects and urgent matters.

•To plan & manage procurement of all office stationary.
•To make all hotels, tickets reservations and any other travel arrangements.
•To prepare agendas & minutes of meetings.
•To prepare covering letters & presentations.
•To archive invoices and make record them.
•To surf the internet to search for requested data by corporate departments.

My Achievements:
1-Create new filling system according to customer category and value.
2-Creating a direct contact by emails with our agent technical service to solve any technical problems that might face the customer.
3-Organizing and facilitating work procedures.
