1.Perform all admin duties related to General manager office.
2.Drafting, compiling and sending all business and personal emails related to chairman
3-Preparing The shipments (Import and export By air & Sea )
4-Contact shipping lines to get the best rates, free demurrage time, Transit time & Vessels Schedule or fight date .
5-Confirming booking With the shipping line & send the shipping agent details to the supplier .
6-Preparing the shipping documents to the supplier to sign & stamp it then send it back .
7-Handling supplier’s financial statements and payments with the accounting department .
8-Finding new resources and suppliers .
9-Handling stock reports and sales broadcasting to make purchasing plans accordingly.
10-Responsible for all foreign and local supplier communication .
11-Arranging chairman appointments, arranging traveling schedule, making reservations.
12-Arrange for meetings, taking meeting minutes, writing letters, receiving calls.
13-Arranging foreign and Local Purchasing.
14-I'm responsible to take care & follow up work done by different departments, and delegating
issues to the concerned parties.
15- I’m responsible for arranging weekly/monthly
meetings (internal & external) and documenting their minutes and keeping them.
16- Responsible for arranging all the business trips including their itineraries, flight bookings,
hotel reservations, visas, and scheduling their time during their trip and providing them
with all documents required for the trip, and arranging the same in Egypt for visitors
come to the company from abroad.
