Responsible for international and local student recruitment, achieving the target,
and maintaining the retention rate for Undergraduate and Graduate programs,
BTEC and ACCA.
* Coordinate with schools, associations and international universities and academic
institutions to promote several areas of collaboration.
* Coordinate with embassies and consulates to apply and maintain program
accreditations.
* Maintain students retention by making sure their best possible attendance and
participation in feedback of all courses
* Assist students to register for Computer Based Exams and Exam Operations
* Assist students to identify their academic values and goals, consistent with their
capabilities, interests, and educational backgrounds.
* Clarify pertinent information and discuss the implications toward students’
academic success.
* Constantly accessible and available to students to respond to their questions and
concerns
* Clarify academic policies, college regulations, program requirements, procedures,
and other college information
* Maintain professional integrity, confidentiality, respect, and sensitivity in advising
* Help students define and develop educational plans; assist in the selection of
appropriate course work and opportunities to achieve students’ goals
* Assist students to independently monitor their progress toward achieving their
educational and career goal
Recruiting of students for each batch of professional certification programs, and other such programs that may develop
in the future.
* Substantiates students’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
* Conduct interviews and answer inquiries to assist the students with selection of appropriate professional courses.
* Recruits, interviews and evaluates instructors, assigns classes, and calculates instructors’ fees.
* Welcomes new students to the institute by conducting orientation.
* Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Participates in the overall administrative management of the office, including managing the course schedule/calendar,
prepares instructors presentation materials, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
* Assists in the overall operation of the office including academic curriculum and instruction, human resource
Establish and maintain links with government organizations and private companies in order to promote and maintain
awareness of our programs being offered.
* Develops marketing materials, bulletin, program flyers, website development, etc.

* Under the supervision of the BM, recruits and train instructors, follows up with instructors, assigns instructors to
classes.
* Registers candidates, and assists them in filling applications and in applying procedures and follows up on their
applications in case of problems.
* Keeps track of educational materials inventory.
* Establishes and maintains files and records for students.
* Explains policies and procedures to students and their employers; oversees compliance with Morgan’s policies.
* Maintains updated registration forms, student forms, working policy forms, applying procedure forms.
* Serves as liaison between office, tutors, and/or regional office in all aspects of the delivery of curriculum and related
materials.
* Prepares memos and letters (Welcoming letters, errata, etc.) to be distributed inside the class to students.
* Ensure proper follow up on students’ homework, attendance, and complaints.
