Responsibilities:
 Responsible for efficiently and effectively completing all talent acquisition administration processes which includes; personal file management and system updating, interview scheduling, offer letter creation and pre-employment verification checks.
 Providing Right Start Induction for new joiners which includes the mandatory e-learning, HR policies, employee benefits and appraisals  Schedule interviews; coordinate with candidates and hiring manager.  Partner with International Mobility and provide a superior hiring experience to all new joiners.  Participate in various career fairs in UAE.
 Executing Talent Acquisition related pre-employment activities (e.g. issuing offer packs, ensuring timely creation of Employee ID), in line with global standards and service level agreements
 Coordinating completion of pre-employment compliance checks with external vendors, ensuring candidates provide required information in a timely manner, regularly monitoring the third party’s completion of all pre-employment checks in line with SLAs and minimum standards.
 Maintain and ensure compliant closure of personal files of new joiners.
 Recording candidate details in PeopleSoft for Employee ID generation
 Ensuring compliance with relevant operational and employment legislation
 Effectively managing general recruitment queries from candidates, hiring managers, suppliers and team members, identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues, managing issues appropriately and escalating for action as required;
 Partnering with other TA Coordinators in the country, region and network, to share knowledge and expertise, and resolve issues.
 Effectively and efficiently using PeopleSoft to manage the end to end resourcing process, recording all relevant details
 Reviewing system generated reports for amendments.
 Working with Finance to efficiently recharge TA related advertising costs to the Business.
 Ensuring contracts with agencies listed in the PSL (Preferred Supplier List) are in place before engaging with them.
