Job Profile: Sales and product development of Dalgakiran Air Compressors.
Job responsibilities:
1. To guide the Sales team and technicians
2. Consist of generating inquiries from various industries like Oil and Gas industries, manufacturing industries, petrochemical industries, Marine and warehouses etc.
3. Making quotations follow up of quotations and converting quotations into purchase orders.
4. Day to day interaction with customer by visiting them, finding out there problems and suggest innovative ideas to resolve the problems.
5. Participation in Trade Shows and visiting exhibitions.
6. Job duties also include payment follow up and providing satisfactory service to customers.
Sales and product development of Industrial Equipment Products like Overhead Cranes (Kuli, Germany), Lifting Equipments like Electric and Hand chain, Wire Rope Hoist, Cranes, Winches, Rachets etc (Columbus Mckinnon, U.S.A), Compressors, Industrial Safety Cabinet (Justrite mfg, U.S.A..), Magnetic Drilling Machines, Threading Machines, Workshop machines and tools.

Sales and product development of Workshop machines like Lathe m/cs, Shearing m/cs, Plate Bending m/cs, Sheet and Plate Rolling m/cs, Magnetic Drilling m/cs, Pipe Threading m/cs, Welding m/cs, Compressors, Materials Handling m/cs, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Rebar Cutting and Bending m/cs and Wood working Machines etc.
1. Responsible for overall sales of the products, keeping track of day to day sales
2. Preparing quotation, arranging deliveries from stores, making delivery notes, invoicing.
3. Responsible for the development of new customer.
4. Responsible for Attending customer call and complaints and ensuring actions.
