Conducting Training sessions to improve the technical Support to our employees.
Provided suggestions to the management to reduce the cost and increase the income.
I had responsibility for 4 employees and 21 employees in our branches to give them advice and work as consultancy and help them to solve their problem for Pcs and Servers and others daily problems.
