Act as a central contact point for HR and personnel administration related matters. Including employee services, Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits.
Coordinate the execution of all HR functions and activities within the framework designed for all Government Departments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and in compliance with the UAE labor laws.
Supervise all activities related to employee transfers from one Sector/Division to another.
Supervise and coordinate with the DoT HR Division the timely execution of exit formalities including conducting exit interviews, arranging final settlement and other formalities in accordance with UAE Labor Laws;
Review current HR administrative functions and activities within the Parking Division, identify gaps, ensure they are resolved and identify process improvements;
Perform the day to day activities of screening resumes, short listing candidates, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with Managers, issuing offer letters etc.
Coordinate the day-to-day activities including organizing the training program.
Perform other tasks related to HR and personnel administrative functions as they arise and as delegated by the Section Head - Coordination Office.

Position: Administration Assistant, I'm working on 15/5/2011 to 15/5/2013.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
• Ensure administrative functions of the parking section run smoothly and efficiently.
• Record minutes of internal meeting conducted by the parking manager.
• Receive queries and explanation, if any, on behalf of the parking manager, and co-ordinate with the concerned personal in the department to provide necessary clarifications.
• Drafts letter and official correspondences as per the direction of the parking manager and File correspondences and other documentation appropriately.
• Prepare managers outgoing mail and send to administration officers for dispatch. This includes preparing cover latter as includes preparing cover letter as instructed by the manager, preparing envelopes, ensuring that the correspondence with the administration officer.
• Coordinate with administration officer to arrange travel schedules and reservations for the parking manager.
• Perform other tasks related to the administration function as they arise and as delegated by the parking manager.
• Greet and receive visitors of the manager, inform manager and ensure that required and hospitality are provided to the visitors.
• Schedule appointment for and on behalf of parking manager.
• Answer the manager's telephone calls and give information to callers or direct calls to appropriate officials and place outgoing calls for the parking manager.
