Works closely with all Vice Presidents, Directors, and Sites Representatives to develop, prioritize, and review “Strategic Joint Business Plans” for the strategic business units over the coming 3 - 5 years. Conducts regularly “Gap Analysis Assessment” to all sites and prepares a Road Map to transform them to deploy a Standard, Integrated, and Best Practice Processes.
