Responsibilities:
•Oversee the development of detailed financial models for existing investments and potential opportunities.
•Prepare valuations using various valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow, comparable and justified multiples, residual income and asset based valuation models.
•Lead due diligence processes (including legal, financial and technical) for transactions, and assist investment directors in conducting financial analysis and valuation.
•Coordinate the transaction process and liaise with external parties.
•Create clear and concise investment memos to the investment committee.
•Assist in outlining and compiling the content and develop all the required presentations and documentation for a transaction.
•Prepare periodic presentations, reports and recommendations to the investment committee and executive committee.
•Assist in managing the portfolio companies, following up on visible updates and business development efforts.
•Prepare reports on portfolio companies and their progress.
•Attend all relevant business meetings and take meeting minutes.
•Continually monitor and investigate macro and micro industry trends to recommend new sectors for evaluation and potential investments.
