-Develop and implement IT strategy in support of company’s mission and objectives. Advise the top management on strategic systems conversions and integrations.
-Develop, implement, monitor and control IT Policies and Procedures in line with International standards ensuring applicability to the business environment.
-Responsible for understanding and managing financials and P&L, budgeting, forecasting and managing all aspects of the International accounts, information technology ITIL and service offerings.
-Analyzes and determines budget requirements, serves as primary point of contact and liaison with vendors and suppliers to evaluate, comparisons computers and network equipment cost and purchases. Negotiates technical requirements specifications and establishes contracts.
-Manage the procurement, development and implementation of hardware and software facilities to ensure timely and cost effective provision of service.
-Manage and schedule preventive maintenance and supervise of 14 Support team and Technicians staff. Escalate issues to IT Manager.
-Advanced knowledge and understanding of large scale computer networks including the ability to install, configure, and maintain enterprise level networking equipment including, switches, routers, Cisco PIX, servers roles, Antivirus, Anti Spam rules, IronPort and VPN configuration.
-Monitors server performance and makes necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware needed.
-Monitors and maintains Windows and Network servers (Active Directory, Exchange Servers, ISA Server, Files Server, Antivirus servers and Share point servers) stability and report any problem to the network and technical support manager.
-Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the Windows and Network environment Communicates and coordinates Windows and Network servers' backups, and downtime to users.
-Manage incidents’ isolation and follow-up to ensure a proper resolving with minimum operations disturbance, reports and keep management, and concerned parties informed of the status and related issues.
-Responsible for the support team in Seven projects on remote area, given them technical advices and work orders, put the design, planning and implementation for all networks on the remote sites.
-Manage, Support and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems (25+ Servers, 1150+ Workstations, 135 Laptop, 165 Printer & 136 Scanner), including LANs, WANs, Internet, security, wireless implementations, VPN’s and backup strategies.
-Troubleshoot and resolve IT related hardware and software problems to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide real-time maintenance and troubleshooting of implemented server, backup, storage and security systems in a 7 x 24 x 365 global operations environment.
Perform day-to-day active management and maintenance activities on windows based servers, exchange servers 2003, ISA Server 2004, managed wireless systems and Cisco routers, switches and VPN.
Implementing, administrating Windows Server 2003 /Workstation and Windows 2000 Advanced Server create Domain Forests; manage user accounts and groups, and assigning rights/permissions.
Responsible for installation and support of network hardware, software and servers, monitor and investigate servers, network, and software / OS related problems.
