- Deliver agreed targets of the company’s business through personal sales engagement;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Actively drive a robust pipeline of short and medium-term opportunities for the Maersk Line brand;
- Be self supporting and arrange support in tender processes for new businesses;
- Provide input in the yearly business plan and target setting;
- Follow the guidelines and policies for the sales activities, including transparency and cross selling and assist in the process of up selling if necessary;
- Country engagement with departments to ensure market competitive products and pricing - provide feedback on market developments and requirements;
- Have an in depth understanding of Maersk Line products and services and be able to explain the Maersk Logistics product;
- Develop and share best practices in Line/Logistics sales and other CB Activities, making suggestions for improvements and/or savings to the relevant parties.
- Lead cross functional process improvement projects applying the MAERSK improvement methodology and thereby eliminate waste within the processes;
- Streamline and simplify current processes to achieve reliable, stable, predictable processes and reproducible results;
- Stimulate and develop process improvement mentality across the local organization through projects and Kaizen workshops;
- Standardize country processes whenever possible together with functional managers;
- Support regional strategic project and global charters;
- Support the regional process mapping and its workability in their respective cluster/country;
- Coaching functional Green Belt project leaders in using Maersk methodology tools and assist them reaching project’s objectives.
- Planning and scoping of audits and the identification of key risks and controls to be assessed;
- Conduct Internal Audits to verify the accuracy of records and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures;
- Ensure company values and Code of Business Conduct are reflected in employee decision-making and action;
- Prepare draft reports which include summaries, findings, conclusions, and recommendations;
- Review compliance with established policies, procedures, and business practices to ensure effective operations.
Mener à termes des projets en se basant sur les méthodologies de « Lean Mapping » & « Six Sigma » : • Elimination de la variation des processus, produits, ou des services et réduction des défauts/déchets des processus induisant une meilleure production, contrôle de coûts, réduction du « lead time » du process, et optimisation de l’utilisation des matériaux ; • Meilleure compréhension des besoins de la clientèle pour une satisfaction optimale ; • Recherche de la performance par l’amélioration continue des processus ; • Application des différents outils et approches « Lean » & « Six Sigma » mapping lors des projets ; • Développement de la capacité de se focaliser sur les domaines capitalisant sur la valeur rajoutée continue.
