Answer telephone calls and handle matters not requiring manager’s immediate attention or transferring calls to responsible individuals for resolution, take detailed message obtaining sufficient information to assure proper response by concerned party.
Events and trips logistics.
Execute a variety of diversified administrative functions for the CEO and exercise discretion on matters of confidential nature.

Management of customers’ accounts.
Sale and market insurance products .
Prepare contracts and addenda.
Implement and manage promotional campaigns for various insurance products.
Financial reporting on the daily flow of insurance policies through the collection and analysis of data using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare tax statements and financial reports.
Coordinate suppliers / committee members relations.
Daily management of company’s mail and correspondence.
