•Assisting HR Manager in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection Process through coordinating with Manpower Consultants, Internal and External Referrals etc.
•Short listing of candidates through screening of resumes, taking advice from other department managers.
•Arranging Interviews for shortlisted candidates.
•Taking care of joining formalities and follow-up for new employee induction.
•Preparing excel reports, Offer letters and appointment Letters, Replying to e-mails and telephone calls etc.
•Bank Salary Account opening for new employees.
•Maintaining daily Attendance Muster register, Register of Advances, Register of Leave with wages etc.
•Salary Calculation and preparing of Salary sheet.
•Managing compliances viz.., EPF, PT, Labour Laws etc.
