HR Policies & Procedures: Coordinate with HR, Quality, HSSE, functional & project teams to Develop internal policies, procedures, guidelines and
flowcharts of HR. Review, monitor and evaluate policies with noting major changes and, Make sure that all HR policies & procedures are
compatible with Code of Ethics, HSSE and Saudi Labor Law. Receive & pay attention to employees’ feedback about current procedures applied or
suggestions that may support in their development. Perform other related duties as required.
HR Operations, Periodic Reports & Data Analysis: Generate a monthly operation performance report. Perform data analysis using charts & brief
points to get the best results that can facilitate & optimize the workflow and decision making. Linking the results with real-time events to manage
risks & Present them in meetings with best recent methods used. Communicate with Project teams concerning HR operations & activities. Track
employees travelled for vacation.
Process governmental related procedures; driving licenses, passports, Muqeem ID’s, visit visas, residence visa, other visas, family related
procedures… etc. & their payments for all employees in KSA.
Management & Accounting: Control center’s performance, resources & team members. Present center’s activities to other business parties and,
Approve contracts & agreements. Dealing with customers & Real-time tracking of their vehicles’ maintenance status. Administrate detailed
financial database (income, expenses & loans) and Debt collection with different payment methods. Generate monthly performance & financial
reports with different scopes. Change service prices depending on marketplace. Process monthly wages for technicians.
Outsourcing Local Project Management: Manage outsourcing projects of Mobily & BMC (Business Management Company Ltd.) located in
western region. Communicate with the functional of BMC & Mobily about what concern all project resources (manpower, materials, funds, …).
Generate operational & financial reports, Document control, Handle problems & Provide accurate business solutions. Coordinate with other
departments or companies (SPOC). Represent the HR & Administration, Logistics, finance and IT for the project team and vice versa.
Teaching Computer Subject to 9 levels, from 4th Grade to 12th Grade.
Teaching students starting from the Introduction to Computer to Introduction to Programming and Development.
Web-based solutions using PHP, MySQL and Apache.
Web-based System Administration, managing the accounts of Travel Agencies, Departure Control (DCS), Sales Management, Flights, Flight Schedule...etc. that are related to the company. Also Sales & Flight Data Analysis using many analytical methods.
