- تشكيل علاقات جديدة مع العملاء المحتملين ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين والحاليين من خلال الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وأحيانًا الزيارات المنتظمة.

Delivering growth, maximizing sales and profitability, providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across your shops, driving team performance and controlling training and development of your staff. As an Area Manager or Regional Manager for a fashion retailer you will work alongside other senior managers and store and department managers.
Training & Developing Department
Design, conduct and follow up individual induction sessions for new employees in coordination.
Organize and facilitate the large scale retail and customer service new hire program including induction, internal training and evaluation of both trainers and new hires
Constantly review, improve and update the induction material as and when required to ensure all content is in line with business information
Identify learning needs of individuals, teams and the business with Operations manager and store Managers to ensure programs are aligned with business needs
Work with the Performance and Talent Manager and Organization Development team to develop competency models for the business and map these onto appropriate Learning & Development programs
Deliver programs in areas of own expertise covering management and functional skills, ensuring high quality programs and evaluation
Work with the Performance and Talent Manager and Talent Board to develop the Individual Development Plans and match learning opportunities / programs to plans
Ensures and facilitates goal setting; manages and constantly reviews individual performance
Provides regular feedback, coaching and development
Motivates, empowers and enables direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support required to achieve the organizational development objectives.
