• Project manager for Al-Ajmi is the main contractor responsible for the training operations.
- Work close to the BOT and MD (College Board of trustees) to achieve their vision for the college.
- Representing the college and the company in all matters.
- Managing the training operations and administrative issues in the college.
- Handle the academic and vocational Quality assurance and contract ponds implementation.
- Project management concerning: Training, finance, planning, HR, recruitment, strategies, cost saving, Safety, Marketing, facilities, Trainees’ counseling, Aramco relations and General management issues.
Many big projects are my personal initiation at the MCTC:
- creating a selection criteria for trainees recruitment.
- Enhancements of the counseling policies and college rules.
- New systems for induction and orientation.
- Graduation ceremonies and OJT follow up with sponsoring companies.
- Extra calendar activities creation and follow up.
- Safety talks and signage screens programs.
- Structure changes in The HR and Hierarchy to better enhance performance and better use the workforce.
- KPIs for the college and training providers.
- Strategic plans and operation calendars for each intake and annual operation activities.
I have managed Berlitz Al Taif Then Al-Khobar. A franchise for Berlitz USA. I have managed the Male and female campuses. responsible for all the operations, management, Marketing and development of the Two centers. I have established connections with the companies, community and government sector in the area.
I am the training Manager for Al Mana Group of companies (Hospitals, Colleges, Construction, Architectural, Medical services and Tourism) I managed On Job Training for 7000 employees.
Managing the English language center in The colleges (ELC).

Responsible for Marketing the programs that are offered in the 8 training centers (male and female) to companies and closing deals to reach to the annual target and exceed.
