Responsible about Accounts receivables section
Job Responsibilities:
- Design manual Cash Control System.(this manual system & control sheets upladed to be a build-in reports in sales system )
- Design manal Sales Audit systems .(shared with the IT dept. in design the required sales reports )
-Responsible for Jeddah area (ten branches) from Jan-2002 till May -2002.
-Responsible for Jeddah and Riyadh areas (twenty branches) from May -2002 till May -2003.
-Responsible for All Kingdom Saudi Arabia sales (Fifty branches) from June -2003 till now.
-Responsible for Kingdom Saudi Arabia (Retail & Whole sales) And Lebanon Retail Sales from Jan -2004 till now.
-Review all Financial Accounts for Magrabi Lebanon for distribution as Inter company retail Sales.
-Prepare sales reports for management YTD sales compared with prior years & budget data and show the discrepancies.
-Preparing sales reports using Oracle-discoverer.
-Prepare journal entries in AS400 Accounting System Migrated to Oracle Accounting System.
- Prepare aging report for big customers.
- Review & post all accounts receivable section
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Responsible for Treasury Section
- Maintain all cash in & cash out (cash management) from manual control sheets.
-Maintain all banks balances day by day.
-Prepare quarter cash flow statement (Actual and budget and prepare variances).
-Using bank on-line inquires.
Responsible for Account payable & Expenses
-Foreign Supplier
-Local Supplier
-Making journal entries using Oracle Accounting System(G/L& A/P)
-Handle all expenses& petty cash using chart of accounts
-Prepare landed cost for spare parts from outside.
-Prepare & maintain monthly accrual entries.
-Prepare monthly closing activities)Making Aging for A/P-, Invoices under settlement report........
-Prepare monthly vendor confirmation .
-Maintain & control Inter companies balances & reconciliations
